For standard products with clear specifications, we provide an itemized quote within 24 hours. For light customization with confirmed parameters, quotes take 48 hours. Full ODM inquiries require engineering and tooling assessments, and timelines are communicated per project.

For orders between 50 and 500 pcs, we strongly recommend DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) air or sea freight, where customs clearance, import tariffs, and door-to-door logistics are handled seamlessly. For larger container shipments, we support FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou coordinating with your appointed forwarder.

We prioritize swift courier dispatch of replacement components (drivers, sensors, light engines).
