1. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, which presents cabinet, wardrobe, shelf and display auxiliary lighting and provides an inquiry and project-brief channel for business customers.
By using the website or submitting a form, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you are using the site for a company, you confirm that you may act for that company.
2. Using this website
You may read the site, download nothing beyond what your browser caches, and use the forms to contact us. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the site, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, not to scrape it at a scale that degrades service, and not to submit false, misleading or unlawful content.
Where a form asks for information about a project, please provide accurate details. Quotations, feasibility assessments and timing all depend on the accuracy of what you send.
3. Information on this website
Product descriptions, categories, specifications, production references and market information are provided for general guidance. They are indicative rather than contractual, and they may change as products, components, tooling and market requirements evolve.
Reference production periods such as three to four weeks for standard products, four to six weeks for light customization, or two months and more for ODM development describe production or preparation stages. They are not delivery commitments. International transport, customs clearance, duties, taxes and local delivery are additional and are confirmed per order.
Availability of stock in partner warehouses is confirmed for a specific model, quantity and destination before it forms part of any order.
4. Images and illustrations
Some visual areas of this website are placeholders that mark where project, product or factory photography will be placed. Where images are shown, they illustrate the product family, the intended application or the installation principle; a rendering or illustration is not a statement about the exact finish, dimensions or light output of a specific model.
The authoritative description of any product is the written specification agreed with you for that order.
5. Inquiries and quotations are not a contract
Sending an inquiry or a project brief through this website does not create an order, a reservation, a quotation or any obligation to supply or to purchase. It is an invitation to discuss a project.
Prices, tooling and development charges, quantities, lead times, payment terms, delivery terms, warranty handling and compliance requirements become binding only when both parties have confirmed them in writing, and where applicable when the agreed deposit has been received.
Indicative figures given during early correspondence are not final quotations and may change once specifications, quantities or documentation are clarified.
6. Samples, specifications and customized production
For light customization and ODM projects, volume production is based on two agreed references: a physical sample approved by the customer, and a written specification agreed by both parties. Where the two conflict, the conflict is resolved by written revision before production begins.
A written specification typically records the model and version, dimensions with tolerances, material and finish, color, color temperature and brightness, electrical parameters, sensing method, cable and plug, mounting and accessories, logo, labels and manual, packaging requirements, inspection requirements and applicable reports.
Sample fees and sample freight are borne by the customer and are credited against the formal order once it is placed. Tooling cost, ownership, exclusivity of use, custody, maintenance and confidentiality are agreed for each project; no default ownership rule applies.
7. OEM and brand materials
Where you provide logos, label artwork, manuals or packaging designs for OEM supply, you confirm that you hold the rights to use them and that they do not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, regulatory statements and market-specific wording they contain.
We may decline artwork that is unlawful, misleading or technically unsuitable for reproduction.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, layout, graphics, photographs and the brand identity shown on it, belongs to its respective owner and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish or redistribute its content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Drawings, specifications and files you send us remain yours. They are used only to evaluate and deliver the project you asked about, and are treated as confidential commercial material.
9. Files you upload and acceptable use
The project-brief form accepts one optional attachment of up to 10 MB in PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP or ZIP format. Upload only files you are entitled to share, and avoid documents containing unrelated personal data.
Do not upload malware, executable code, or material that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing. We may refuse or delete any upload that breaches these terms.
10. External links and third-party services
The website may link to third-party sites, for example WhatsApp, a payment or logistics provider, or a reference standard. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
If we enable embedded third-party content such as a map, the provider may process technical data about your visit under its own policies.
11. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including product information and form availability, without notice.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general information, including lost profit, lost opportunity or costs of substitute supply.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here replaces the warranty, quality and after-sales terms agreed for a specific order.
Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruption, customs action, industrial action or natural events, are handled under the terms agreed for the affected order.
13. Privacy
How we handle the information you send through this website is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or to our services. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date of the last update is shown above. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
15. Applicable law and disputes
The law that governs the website, and the forum for any dispute, will be stated in the commercial contract signed with the customer. Where no such contract exists, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
16. Contact
