How this website handles the information you send through our inquiry and project-brief forms.
This website presents cabinet, wardrobe, shelf and display auxiliary lighting and lets visitors send us an inquiry or a project brief. It is a business-to-business information site: there are no user accounts, no online shop, no cart and no payment processing.
This policy explains what information we receive through the website, why we receive it, how it is transmitted, and what you can ask us to do with it. It describes what this website actually does today.
We only receive information that you choose to type into one of our forms. There is no hidden profiling and no automated decision-making.
On the contact page: your name, email address, country or region, the project type you select, an optional company name, an optional estimated quantity and your message.
On the quote request page: your name, email address, company name, customer type, use scenario, product or reference model, quantity, dimensions and performance notes, sensing preference, OEM or packaging requirements, destination country and delivery address, target delivery date, required reports or market standards, and any notes you add.
Along with the form content, our server records the time of submission and the technical data needed to deliver the message, such as the originating IP address and user agent, as part of standard email and server logging.
The quote request form accepts one optional file so that you can send a drawing or a reference image. Accepted formats are PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP and ZIP, up to 10 MB.
The file is transferred to our server only in order to attach it to the notification email sent to our sales inbox, and it is deleted from the server immediately after that email is sent. It is not published, indexed or added to a download library.
Please do not upload confidential material that you are not authorised to share, and avoid sending files that contain personal data about other people.
We use the information you send to: answer your inquiry; assess whether a standard product, a light customization or an ODM project is the right route; prepare a quotation and confirm specifications, timing, delivery and compliance requirements; and continue the correspondence and any resulting order.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising, retargeting or unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a newsletter list.
Form submissions are converted into an email and sent to our sales inbox at tech@everbrite-led.com through the website server. This website does not store inquiry records in a database, and there is no customer account area where your details would be held.
The result is that your inquiry lives in our business email system, protected by the access controls of that mailbox, rather than in a public or semi-public part of the website. Please note that email is not a fully encrypted channel, so avoid sending sensitive personal or financial data.
We work with hosting, email and possibly shipping or customs partners to operate the website and to deliver orders. Those providers process data on our instructions and only as far as needed for that purpose.
This website uses only functional cookies that are necessary for it to work correctly. WordPress may set a cookie to remember a logged-in administrator session, or to remember a commenter’s name, email address and website if commenting is enabled and used. These are not used to build advertising profiles.
No consent banner is shown because no advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies are set by this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated and consent requested where required.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking functional cookies may affect logged-in administration, but it will not stop you from reading the site or using the inquiry forms.
This website does not currently run advertising networks, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics tools.
If we later embed third-party content such as a map, a video player or a chat widget, that provider may receive technical data about your visit and may set its own cookies; where required, we will name the provider here and request consent before the content loads.
External links that you choose to follow are governed by the privacy policy of the destination website, not by this one.
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer it, to quote, and to serve any resulting order and after-sales relationship, including the period in which warranty obligations apply.
When the information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted from the mailbox in the ordinary course of business. Uploaded files are deleted from the server as soon as the notification email has been sent.
You can ask us to confirm whether we hold information about you, to provide a copy, to correct anything inaccurate, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason.
Write to tech@everbrite-led.com with the subject “Privacy request”. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm your identity or to reply from the same email address you used originally. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Where your local law gives you additional rights, for example the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, we will respect them.
This is a business website intended for companies and professional buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in how the website works or in the services we use. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date of the last update is shown above.
