Sample Assessment & Policy
Standard products can be ordered as single evaluation samples. For light customization and ODM runs, a physical sample is required. Clients pay the sample fee and air courier freight upfront; the sample fee is 100% credited back against the subsequent mass production invoice.
Written Specification Sheet Creation
Prior to machining, our engineers generate a version-controlled technical parameter sheet (drawing dimensions, LED binning CCT, lumen targets, wire gauge, plug standards, and packaging layout).
Rapid Physical Prototyping
Standard and lightly customized samples take 7–10 days. The working golden sample is express-couriered to your facility for fit-testing inside actual cabinetry or millwork cavities.
Dual-Baseline Sign-off
Both parties countersign the written specification sheet and confirm the physical golden sample. This signed dual-baseline becomes the mandatory inspection criteria for mass production.
