From Concept to Manufacturable Product
For brands and projects that need a product which does not exist yet. Design, structure, optics, prototyping and tooling handled as one assessed project — with the commercial terms written down before tooling begins.
Appearance, structure and optics
Industrial design direction, housing structure, heat path, lens and diffuser selection, and mounting logic are developed together rather than in sequence.
3D printing and prototype rounds
Rapid prototypes make the concept physical early, so fit, finish and light behaviour can be judged before tooling money is committed.
Tooling for metal or plastic parts
Extrusion dies, injection moulds or machined parts are produced as required. Tooling cost, ownership and authorisation are agreed in the contract before work starts.
Sample confirmation and written specification
Iterations continue until the physical sample and the version-controlled specification sheet agree. That pair becomes the production baseline.
Volume production and quality control
Production, in-process checks, ageing and pre-shipment inspection against the agreed baseline. Reference lead time is project-specific and usually at least two months.
